Big Band Night – Green Bay City Band Concert

Big Band classics from St. Louis Blues to Mambo 5. Trombonist Andy Zipperer plays Jazz Tune and Ballad, Marc Jimos of Big Mouth plays St. Louis Blues, special guests the Healy sisters sing Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and Mr. Sandman.

All concerts are free and open to the public, and located in the bandshell in St. James Park in the historic Astor Neighborhood of Green Bay. 

Pack a picnic dinner or carry in your purchases from the nearby Farmers’ Market on Broadway.

The Astor Neighborhood Association will also offer concessions for purchase in the park. They have the best popcorn around!

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, or grab one of the numbered park benches for a chance to play Name The Tune toward the end of the evening! In the event of severe weather, the concert will be played the following evening.
