Stress is a killer – literally!
Unfortunately, it is also a reality of human life – so we need to learn how to manage it in a way that allows us to live healthy, happy lives. There is no one “quick fix” for this complex, multi-focal issue. We will talk about lifestyle changes to incorporate herbs into our daily living that can help to reduce the influence of stress on our body, mind, and spirit. Headaches are often one of the first symptoms of stress. Learn a variety of methods for reducing the intensity and frequency of stress-related headaches, from an herbal and essential oil perspective. Leave with samples and recipes for teas and aromatherapy options for headache and stress support.
