Healthy Kids Day @ The Y April 29th

Healthy Kids Day® is a national initiative celebrated at Ys across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families. For over 30 years, Ys have celebrated Healthy Kids Day by hosting a variety of free, community-facing events and activities focused on active physical play, nutrition education, STEM and the arts, and so much more. Here in Green Bay, the day-long event will feature activities that range from family fitness to disc golf.

All activities are designed to inspire kids to get active while simultaneously teaching families how to develop routines that support mental and physical health at home.

EAST SIDE YMCA: 8:30am – 2:30pm, Ages 4-12 (family participation encouraged), FREE for all community members.  Activities Will Include: Gaga Pit, Bounce House, Ninja Course, Creation Station, Family Fitness, Disc Golf, and Swimming (please bring swimsuit and towel).

WEST SIDE YMCA: 12:00pm – 3:00pm, Ages 4-12 (family participation encouraged), FREE for all community members.  Activities Will Include: Gaga Pit, Bounce House, Giant Green Blocks, Obstacle Course, Y360 Family Fitness Classes, Seed Planting, Four Wall Pickleball, Sidewalk Chalk/Bubbles, Healthy Snack.
