Neville Cellar Series: Scandinavian Sahti

Come brew with head brewer Alex Falish of Noble Roots Brewing Company (Green Bay, WI) as we make a uniquely delicious Scandinavian ale as old as the Vikings. This juniper-infused ale will be fermented with a historic yeast strain imported from Norway.

These fun and educational workshops include beer samples, a hands-on brewing presentation, followed by a bottling session where you take home two bottles of each custom recipe.

Neville Member Rate: $20 per person
Non-Member Rate: $25 per person

The newest season of the Neville Cellar Series celebrates Green Bay’s ethnic heritage by creating beers inspired by English, Scandinavian and Mexican brewing traditions. Guest brew masters from local craft breweries will share their brewing expertise and samples of their beer.

Note: participants must be 21 years of age to participate, or be accompanied by an adult.

Cost includes two 12 oz. bottles of each recipe per person. A session includes the brewing and bottling workshop. Pre-registration is required. Sorry, no refunds.
