Freedom House Hiring Transitional Living Program Manager

The Transitional Living Program Manager provides direct case management and supportive housing for families transitioning out of homelessness, supervises overnight staff, and oversees the daily operations of transitional living shelter (The Bridge). This position will help develop programming, coordinate with community organizations, provide resources, and formulate case plans that promote moving towards self sufficiency. The Transitional Living Program Manager will ensure the safety of all residents by implementing, monitoring and enforcing the rules and regulations of communal living.
