
Golden House Hiring Prevention Coordinator
Job Summary: This position will represent Golden House within the community. Responsible for developing and facilitating domestic violence prevention initiatives, focused on youth and young adults as well as the community at large.
Hours: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, Non-Exempt position. The ability to work flexible hours is necessary. Primarily works business hours during the week, but duties will require working some evenings and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education/work experience.
Previous experience in domestic abuse services, community organization, public speaking, program development, and/or training strongly preferred.
Knowledge of principles and practices of adult and youth education. Experience working with diverse populations. Ability to relate professionally to a wide variety of people.
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
Completion of criminal background check.
