This position is responsible for maintaining the utility accounts and billing records, processing incoming payments, running daily reports, preparing monthly utility bills and handling customer inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
Two (2) or more years of related bookkeeping/accounting, administrative professional or equivalent experience required.
An associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent customer service experience
Ability to understand and apply the operating rules of the PSC and State and Federal laws.
Public sector experience preferred
