2019 Child Abuse Prevention Month Toolkit Now Available

It’s Winter now, but Spring is coming, and April is National Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month!

The Prevention Board, Department of Children and Families and Prevent Child Abuse/Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin have developed the 2019 Prevention Month Toolkit to help your organization raise awareness about child maltreatment prevention.

The toolkit contains information about child maltreatment while stressing the importance of using a positive approach to prevention education. It offers ideas and activities that can be implemented during Prevention Month. The toolkit also includes sample letters and media releases to help spread the message.
