AB Sarah Zehms of Green Bay Completes Aerospace Maintenance Apprentice (C-130) Course – With Academic Achievement Award

Airman Basic Sarah Zehms, Recently graduated with a Certificate of Training by completing Aerospace Maintenance Apprentice(C-130) course at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas.

Crew Chief Zehms also received the Academic Achievement Award:

“For consistently displaying outstanding academic skills and attention to detail. Your Completion of AMA course with a 94% average demonstrates commitment to excellence which will make you an asset to any organization.”

Airman Zehms is the daughter of Shawn and Carrie Zehms of Green Bay, Wisconsin.  Sarah’s parents are understandably proud of her, and of her accomplishments:

“Sarah has wanted to do this for a very long time but various obstacles kept interfering,” Her mom Carrie said. Her dad, Shawn, added, “She turns 25 this coming November; proving that it’s never to late to follow your dreams!”

Sheppard Air Force Base is located five miles north of the central business district of Wichita Falls, in Wichita County, Texas. Sheppard is the largest training base, and most diversified in Air Education and Training Command.
