Brown County Public Health Division Moving

(Brown County, Wis.) – Brown County Health and Human Services announces that its Public Health Division will be relocating its offices. Please be aware of the following dates, in which services will be interrupted or unavailable to the public.

Public Health will be open with limited services February 25 through February 27. Offices will be closed to the public on February 28 and March 1. Additionally, laboratory services will be suspended the week of February 25 through March 1, including well water testing.

“With this move, we are hoping to increase collaboration across divisions and maximize the resources available to protect and promote the health of Brown County residents,” says Erik Pritzl, Brown County Health and Human Services Department Executive Director.  Anna Destree, Brown County Public Health Officer added: “The move gave public health an opportunity to practice the Incident Command Structure (ICS) to enhance cooperation between the divisions and to be more prepared in the event of a public health emergency,” 

Beginning March 4, Brown County Public Health will be housed at the following locations:

Sophie Beaumont Building (Mezzanine Level) 111 N. Jefferson St. Green Bay, WI 54301
Nursing Unit
Community Engagement Unit
Emergency Preparedness Unit
