Canopy Tour Being Planned for NEW Zoo & Adventure Park

Coming in the Spring of 2022! The Canopy Tour will deepen and enrich the experience of its visitors. Sitting 22 feet above the ground, the aerial walkway will enable visitors to view the animals and exhibits from an elevated perspective, stretching almost a half-mile through the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park.

The walkway will be 4-5 feet in width and be in compliance with all industry safety standards.

The Canopy Tour will include the history of the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park with storyboards, including graphics and historical photos from the site, placed in various locations along the tour. The Canopy will allow visitors and those participating in our educational programs to view our animal collections from a different vantage point and will feature several teaching platforms for numerous educational experiences.
