Civic Symphony Presents 1st Concert of Season This Saturday
The Civic Symphony of Green Bay’s 2018/19 concert season kicks off this Saturday:
Russian Masterworks – Saturday, October 6, 2018, 7p.m., Meyer Theatre
Danse Diabolique by Josef Hellmesberger II
Symphony No. 2 by Borodin
Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 with Pianist, Joel Fan
The season’s first three concerts will be held at the group’s traditional concert home at the Meyer Theatre, while the season finale will, for the second year, take place on the Weidner Center’s spacious stage in order to accommodate guest musicians from the Bay Port High School Chamber Orchestra.
Three more concerts will round out the 2018/19 season:
