Greater Green Bay YMCA has placed safety as their top priority when making the decision to re-open their doors to members. The Y would like to remind you of their new health and wellness options, as well as introduce you to Training Zones – reserved workout space just for you!
Training Zones provide a dedicated workout space for each member to enjoy a clean, safe, and efficient workout. Each Training Zone will be 10’x10′ complete with cardio and strength equipment. You may also use this space for your individual workout or a choose to use one of our pre-designed workouts during your 30 or 60-minute reservation slot.
Reservations can only be made on the YMCA website or directly in our facilities – it cannot be done through our app.
You must exit the training zone 10-minutes prior to the end of your reserved time for sanitizing. So a 30-minute reservation yields a 20-minute workout and a 60-minute reservation yields a 50-minute workout.
