Green Bay Police Searching for Missing Person; Victor Torres-Guadalupe ~ Age 21

The Green Bay Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person identified as Victor Torres-Guadalupe, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, from Green Bay.

Victor is described as 5’10” tall, and weighs approximately 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Victor was last heard from on the evening of Tuesday, October 3, 2023, and reported missing to law enforcement during the overnight hours of Wednesday, October 4, 2023, with concerns for his welfare.

Victor’s vehicle was found in the parking lot of Pioneer Metal Finishing, 486 Globe Street, in Ashwaubenon. Clothing and other personal items that are believed to belong to him were located near Riverway Marina, 457 Marina Lane in Ashwaubenon.

Ashwaubenon Public Safety, De Pere Police, De Pere Fire, Hobart-Lawrence Police, and the U.S. Coast Guard have searched the Fox River. There has been no further evidence to indicate that a person entered the water at this time, suspending the search.
