Flash Blackened Tuna – Yellow fin tuna flash blackened rare with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy

Firecracker Shrimp Cocktail – Jumbo Shrimp served chilled with Galley 57’s signature horseradish salsa verde

Ravioli Fritti – Four cheese filled ravioli lightly dusted and fried golden. Served with roasted pepper aioli and a balsamic reduction


Galley 57 Signature Steak – Filet mignon grilled to order, served over gorgonzola crostini with caramelized onions and cabernet demi glace

Grilled Salmon – Fresh Norwegian salmon grilled and served with fresh mango salsa or lemon dill sauce

Cashew Encrusted Chicken – All natural chicken breast dusted with toasted cashews then pan fried golden. Served with a wild mushroom amaretto cream sauce


Black Forest Valrhona Chocolate Mousse – Decadent Valrhona chocolate whipped with fresh cream and topped with Italian Amarena dark cherries

Turtle Sundae – French Vanilla ice cream rolled in toasted pecans and topped with whipped cream, Ghiradelli caramel and chocolate sauce, finished with a dark cherry

Galley 57 Grasshopper – French vanilla ice cream blended with creme de menthe and creme de cocoa for the ultimate supper club experience

It’s a Wisconsin supper club tradition to visit with friends, neighbors, and co-workers for a drink before dinner.  Chef Andy likes to say: “what’s old is cool again.”  His parents’ generation enjoyed drinks like old fashioneds (whiskey or brandy).  That tradition was lost by a generation, but now “old fashioned” drinks like these are in fashion again!  Young professionals and older adults alike are calling Galley 57 the “home of the $3 old fashioned.”  That’s right, every dinner is special at Galley 57 when it kicks off with a homemade old fashioned.  One of the secrets (not anymore) to a great old fashioned is the cherry.  Galley 57 uses only the finest cherries.  You won’t find a store-bought maraschino cherry in your old fashioned at Galley 57, rather you will delight in a drink with a wild Italian Amarena cherry.  If you’ve never tried one, come in for a taste test!
