New Program in 2022: Domestic Violence in the Workplace

Posted on 3-10-2022

Golden House’s Domestic Violence in the Workplace program aims to educate employers about the potential impact domestic abuse can have on individual employees, coworkers, and the organization as a whole.

It further serves as a potential touch point for thousands of employees in the Green Bay area to become familiar with Golden House.

As part of the effort, Golden House encourages employers to develop a response to those experiencing abuse and provides information to meet that objective.

Each company’s program will be tailored to what the employer would like, but can include informational presentations for management as well as employees, a manager’s guide to responding to DV, a digital sample handbook policy, breakroom flyers, handouts, and more.

Golden House is challenging you to bring this program to your place of employment. For more information and to schedule your time, please contact Marissa at [email protected].
