On The Rise Capital Campaign: Construction Update

Posted on 5-11-2023

Construction on Golden House’s new 34,000 square foot facility continues to make great progress! The need is great, so far this year Golden House has taken 2,700 calls from those seeking support for violence in a relationship. Many of those individuals along with their children will also need a safe place to go. For more than 40 years, Golden House has been that safe place.

In their new facility Golden House will have 20 rooms in which to provide emergency shelter to those fleeing domestic violence. Additionally, they will be able to provide those seeking safety and support the highest level of security and privacy that best protects a victim’s right to confidentiality and respect.
