An application has been received from Fox Trail Development, LLC. requesting a Site Plan and Design Review and a Public Hearing Design Exception for the construction of a single-tenant office building located at 2120 Riverside Drive, parcels AL-63 & AL-64.
This request will be the subject of a Village Board Meeting and Public Hearing to be held on TUESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2024 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE VILLAGE HALL, 1900 LIBAL STREET, GREEN BAY, WI 54301.
Please note this parcel is zoned GXR District, which allows for an office building and the proposed development use by right. The Plan Commission and Village Board shall determine if the development is in compliance with the site plan and design standards required for this land use in the Village Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 475) and whether the requested design exceptions are consistent with the principles of the Comprehensive Plan. The Plan Commission recommended approval of the site plan and design exceptions to the Village Board at the December 18, 2023 meeting.
