The event, a  collaboration with Brown County Job Center, encourages high school, college students and job seekers to connect with area employers who are committed to the long-term growth of employees with tuition and education assistance.

“The purpose of the Learning While Earning Expo is to introduce businesses that have strong tuition assistance programs with potential employees,” said Jess Lambrecht, Executive Officer, Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement. “Our goal is to facilitate the connection between potential employees and employers and help anyone who wants to learn to achieve their ultimate career goals through education. Training and development is highly critical to our regional workforce needs, and community members are looking for a  more affordable approach to their educational goals.”
