FIRE STATION KITCHEN REMODEL PROJECT

Notice is hereby given by the Village Board, Village of Allouez, Brown County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for the Fire Station Kitchen Remodel Project until 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Allouez Village Hall, 1900 Libal Street, Green Bay, WI, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids are requested for the following work:

PROJECT 7799

The Project is approximately a 548 SF Level 2 Alteration in the existing kitchen at Fire Station #8 located at 135 Dauphin Street, Green Bay, WI 54301. The Scope includes but is not limited to:

Demolition of existing finishes, countertops, casework, etc. as required for new work

Provide new casework and countertops

Provide new epoxy flooring with vinyl base over existing resinous flooring

 Provide new acoustic ceiling tile and grid

Provide new lighting and new receptacle locations throughout

Provide new Type 1 exhaust hood and rooftop makeup air unit with ductwork

Install new Owner provided kitchen equipment

Alternate to provide new finishes in the adjacent Recreation Room

OWNER – The Village of Allouez and the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department acting through its Village Board hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received in the Village Hall Office for the above mentioned project.
