Village of Allouez Seeking to fill Deputy Clerk Position

The Deputy Clerk is responsible for administrative work including processing licenses/permits, assisting with election preparations, preparing public hearing notices, producing, posting and publishing meeting agendas, minutes and other legal documents as required by law. This position serves as the Village Clerk Treasurer’s back up.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of three consecutive years in an administrative office setting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works effectively as part of a team, pays attention to detail, is great with time management and possesses excellent customer service skills. Experience in a government setting and certification from the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Institute preferred.
