CTH O (Allouez Avenue) from East River Drive to CTH V (Lime Kiln Road)

The Brown County Public Works Department is continuing work on the pavement reconditioning project on CTH O (Allouez Avenue) in the Village of Bellevue. This work consists of removing the existing pavement, repairing poor subgrade areas, and placing new pavement. Construction is being completed in three stages to provide access to businesses and residences along the corridor.

Work for the first stage of construction from CTH V (Lime Kiln Road) to the Target entrance is nearly completed. The second stage of construction, between the Target entrance and CTH XX (Bellevue Street), will begin Tuesday, May 11th, 2021.

The traffic pattern will change as work begins on this next stage. All lanes will be reopened to traffic from CTH V (Lime Kiln Road) to the Target entrance. CTH O (Allouez Avenue) from the Target entrance to CTH XX (Bellevue Street) will be open to westbound traffic only. Eastbound traffic will be detoured using CTH XX (Bellevue Street), Hoffman Road, CTH GV (Monroe Road) and CTH V (Lime Kiln Road). This stage is anticipated to take approximately six weeks.

Construction is on schedule and is expected to be completed by mid‐August. The schedule is weather‐dependent.

Project information including detour maps, project notifications, and schedule updates are available on the project website. The project website can be accessed by going on the Brown County website DPW Construction Projects Page, and clicking on the CTH O (Allouez Avenue) information links.
