Schreiber Foods, a global food and beverage company committed to enhancing its company-wide diversity, has been named as the winner of the 2024 New North Workplace Excellence Award. Selected from nominated companies through a multi-phase evaluation process, representatives from the firm were presented the award at the New North Summit, held June 6th at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
The honor recognizes organizations in the region that are improving their competitive advantage through people practices which lead to successful business outcomes. Award submissions are evaluated on two primary criteria: People Practices and Business Practices. The Workplace Excellence Award is a collaboration between New North Inc. and Keystone Partners.
“Schreiber’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce is one that all companies should seek to emulate,” said Barb LaMue, president and CEO of New North Inc. “It also has been a primary factor in their unprecedented success in recent years. Exceptional people and business practices are central to the New North Workplace Excellence Award, and Schreiber is outstanding in both areas. We truly are fortunate to have their leadership in our region’s business community.”
